June 2, 2025: This season, Smoke House Deli invites guests on a deliciously bold journey across the world, one mango-infused cocktail at a time. Presenting The Mango Map, a limited-edition cocktail menu available throughout the month of June across all Smoke House Deli outlets pan-India. Available across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Dehradun, the limited-edition lineup features inventive mango-forward cocktails inspired by diverse cultures of India, Ireland, Japan, the United States, France, Mexico, and Spain.

Rooted in the idea of seasonal celebration and global exploration, The Mango Map was born out of a desire to spotlight one of India’s favorite fruits in new, uncharted ways. The menu draws inspiration from iconic drinking cultures around the world, blending classic cocktail formats with the sweet, tangy versatility of mangoes. From smoky spice trails to citrusy coastlines, each drink reflects the essence of its country of origin—brought together through the common thread of mango, interpreted with signature Smoke House Deli flair.

What’s on the Menu?

The menu features seven standout cocktails, each a tribute to a different country’s flavor palette—reinvented through the mango lens. From the earthy depth of Mango Rasā, an Indian-inspired blend of gin, black rice cordial, and mango leather, to the silky smoothness of Mango Éire, where whiskey meets mango cream and orange bitters, The Mango Map travels far and wide. There’s Miso Mango, a bright, layered Japanese mix of vodka, cardamom whey, and airy mango foam; and Mango Basil Sour, an American-style citrusy cocktail with whisky, fresh mango, lime, and basil. Maison Mango Spritz brings in French elegance with rosé aperitif, berry lemonade, and mango slice – light and fizzy. Meanwhile, El Mangrito channels Mexican tang with raw mango and spice cordial, and Mango Diablo, the Spanish-inspired number, delivers a fruity kick with gin, raw mango, and warm spice.
