Connectivity cloud company Cloudflare announced that their instant serverless relational database, D1, is now generally available, empowering developers with the reliability, scalability, and developer experience needed to build production-ready applications. By combining Cloudflare’s development platform with instant databases, developers can build rich, database-backed applications without ever worrying about deploying or managing a database.
The company also announced that developers using Cloudflare Workers, including at companies like Atlassian, now exceed two million developers – enabling the deployment of serverless code instantly on Cloudflare’s global network.
