The NGO hosted festivities filled with colors and delicious traditional treats. Volunteers and other team members played a pivotal role in ensuring everyone had a joyous and inclusive celebration. They brought the vibrant colors and blissful spirit of Holi to a visually impaired school, an old age home run by the NGO called Mann Ka Tilak, and its daycare centers situated in different cities. Their acts of compassion undoubtedly brought smiles and laughter to those they served.

Dr. Geetanjali Chopra, Founder and President of Wishes and Blessings says, “We have been celebrating Holi with visually impaired children and many other underprivileged people for a decade now. This thought of celebrating Holi is a sheer desire expressed by a group of visually impaired children whom I encountered many years ago. This simple desire resonated deeply within me and I, along with my team, always make sure to bring the vibrancy of these Holi colors spread in the lives of the underprivileged, visually impaired, street children, and senior citizens at our old age home. Like every year, this year too, we celebrated Holi at our different centers in Delhi & NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand.”

Wishes and Blessings commitment to serving the underprivileged and senior citizens extends beyond festivals. The NGO works tirelessly throughout the year to provide support and assistance to those in need. The acts of compassion undoubtedly brought smiles to many.
