SPJIMR’s PGPM is an 18-month, All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) approved programme with a strong legacy spanning over two decades, tailored for working executives. It caters to seasoned professionals with at least three years of work experience and strong domain knowledge, enabling them to transition into broader roles in general management. The programme features ‘RESTART’, an initiative for women candidates seeking to re-enter the workforce after a career break.

Also accredited by The Association of MBAs (AMBA), UK, the PGPM programme is noted for its innovative pedagogical approach. It incorporates established non-classroom initiatives infused with design thinking and a growth mindset, alongside offerings such as international immersion and exchange programmes with globally acclaimed B-schools. With a focus on General Management, the PGPM programme now includes specialisations in Finance, Information Management and Analytics, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain, and Human Resource Management. Graduates of the programme witness significant career advancement, with an average rise of 177% in CTC over incoming pay for the Class of 2022.

In a message to aspirants, Dr. Anshul Verma, Chairperson of the PGPM programme, said, “PGPM offers a customisable learning journey aimed at propelling your career forward, with cutting-edge management knowledge and skills. It presents an array of carefully crafted majors and concentrations to align with your individual goals.”
