In his new role, Sharat will lead the agency’s creative vision across India, ASEAN and ANZ, strengthening capabilities across strategy, ideation and execution.

Sharat brings over two decades of experience from some of the industry’s most respected agencies, including McCann, Ogilvy and DDB Mudra. Throughout his career, he has led creative mandates for some of the region’s most recognised brands, earning a reputation for work that combines strategic thinking with cultural relevance and business impact.
At Younion, Sharat will be responsible for building a unified creative function across geographies, fostering stronger collaboration between strategy, creative and delivery teams while elevating the overall quality, originality and effectiveness of the agency’s work.
