India, July 27: The Smart Kitchen Pavilion emerged as one of the most engaging zones at HGH India 2026, bringing the modern kitchen to life through live demonstrations, product showcases and direct visitor interaction. Built around the full spectrum of kitchen innovation, the pavilion moved beyond static display to show how the category is evolving across appliances, prep tools, cooking solutions, storage, hydration, sustainability and family use.
The pavilion also drew the attention of chefs and personalities closely associated with food, kitchen and dining conversations, including Chef Saransh Goila and Dr. Chef Parvinder Singh Bali. Their presence added visibility and energy to the overall Smart Kitchen story on ground, helping connect product innovation with food culture and audience interest in a more immediate way.
Across the four days of the show, the pavilion created an active and practical setting for buyers and brands to engage with products in use. The live format helped visitors experience functionality, design and convenience more directly, turning product discovery into something far more immediate than a conventional trade display. It also gave exhibiting brands a stronger setting to present new launches and explain product features in a way that was easier for trade visitors to understand and remember.
The pavilion’s structure played an important role in that experience. Smart Kitchen Appliances, Smart Prep Counter, Smart Cooking, Smart Breakfast, Smart Hydration, Kitchen Organizers, Kitchen Gadgets, Sustainable First, Trendy Kitchen and Young Smarties each reflected a different part of the kitchen journey, making it easier for visitors to navigate the category through real use cases and consumer needs. This made the pavilion feel more organised, more immersive and more useful for buyers looking at the kitchen space as a complete ecosystem rather than a disconnected set of products.
Mr. Arun Roongta, Managing Director, Texzone Information Services, said,
“The kitchen is one of the most dynamic spaces in the modern home, and the response to Smart Kitchen at HGH India showed just how quickly this category is evolving. Visitors were looking not only at products, but at how those products fit into changing lifestyles, smaller urban spaces, healthier routines and more design-aware homes. What made the pavilion work was that it brought innovation and application together in one place, allowing buyers to engage with the category in a much more practical and meaningful way.”
What stood out through the four days was the way Smart Kitchen connected innovation with application. Visitors were able to see products in action, ask sharper questions and spend more time engaging with solutions relevant to their business and customer base. For brands, that meant stronger product recall and more meaningful conversations on the floor.
Smart Kitchen showed that the kitchen conversation has moved beyond product shelves and catalogues. Buyers increasingly want to understand how products work, where they fit into modern homes and what kind of value they add in practice. By combining category-led zoning with live engagement, the pavilion offered exactly that at HGH India 2026.
