India, Aug 13: Network People Services Technologies Limited (NPST), a digital banking and payments technology company, announced its financial results for the first quarter ending 30th June 2026.
Q1 FY27 Consolidated Performance
Total income for the quarter was ₹61.42 crore, up 75.04% from ₹35.09 crore in Q1 FY26. Net profit rose to ₹11.05 crore from ₹7.19 crore in the year-ago quarter, a YoY improvement of 53.42%.
EBITDA for the quarter was ₹18.79 crore, up from ₹11.31 crore in Q1 FY26. The EBITDA margin stood at 30.59%, compared to 32.23% in the year-ago quarter, a moderation of about 164 basis points YoY.
Reflecting on the Q1 FY27 performance, Deepak Chand Thakur, Co-founder and CEO, NPST, said, “Q1 reflects continued momentum across our business and provides a strong start to FY27. Strategic & Operational Highlights – Q1 Fy27
- Bank in a Box order book grew by approximately 40% during the quarter, with the addition of B2B payments capabilities and an expanded portfolio on Banking Connect. New client wins included cooperative banks, a private bank, and PSU accounts.
- The TSP (Technology Service Provider) business won multiple orders across the payment product stack, expanding its offering and adding new accounts from private and PSU segments.
- B2B Payments, a new business line, secured orders from two banks, launched on a licensed and SaaS model under the Bank in a Box framework, with new client acquisitions in the private banking sector.
- The RegTech business won a new order for a fraud management tool and entered the cooperative banking segment, adding a new product stack through partner relationships.
- The International Division received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from one of the world’s largest telecom operators for its SuperApp offering.
- The company’s international subsidiary became revenue-contributing during the quarter, with confirmed business from a new segment and geography on a high-margin SaaS-based model, broadening NPST’s base beyond India.
