A seasoned hospitality professional, Anjum has built a solid track record in managing front office operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams. Known for her guest-centric approach, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills, she has consistently contributed to operational excellence and seamless guest journeys throughout her career.

Prior to joining Novotel Mumbai International Airport, Anjum has held key positions at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Grand Hyatt Mumbai and Trident Nariman Point, where she played an instrumental role in streamlining operations, strengthening service standards, and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
