With expertise in customs procedures, trade litigation, and WTO agreements, he represents clients before quasi-judicial authorities and in trade remedy investigations conducted by the investigating authorities of multiple countries.
Anurag Kapur is a Partner at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan. Jyoti Pal has been a partner with the Indirect Tax team, with a specialization in Customs Law, Goods & Service Tax, and Foreign Trade Policy. She is primarily involved in IP opposition/litigation matters before the Trademark Office, Patent Office, PVP Registry, IPAB, High Courts, and the Supreme Court. She is also involved in litigation about Environmental law matters and engaged in conducting regulatory audits, advisory work, and litigation under the Biological Diversity Act 2002.
