KOHLER SHOWCASES DESIGN EXCELLENCE AT THE 2026 KIPS BAY DECORATOR SHOW HOUSE NEW YORK

The kitchen and bath leader returns to Kips Bay New York, bringing thoughtful craftsmanship, elevated wellness and design-forward innovation to one of Manhattan’s most anticipated design showcases

NEW YORK, NY (September 17th, 2026) – Kohler returns to the Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York as the official bath and plumbing partner of the 2026 edition, joining 22 of the country’s most celebrated designers and architects as they reimagine a historic Greenwich Village townhouse at 80 Washington Place.

Across six levels, the residence has been transformed into an immersive showcase of interiors, art, architecture and technology, with Kohler products including the Porto Fino sink, Artifacts faucet collection, Synthos workstation sink, Memoirs Stately collection, Occasion collection, Components collection, Numi 2.0 Smart Toilet, and Kohler x Remedy Place Ice Bath thoughtfully integrated throughout spaces that demonstrate the many ways design can elevate the rituals of everyday living.

From sculptural plumbing fixtures and expressive finishes to smart technology and wellness innovations, Kohler serves as a constant yet essential thread throughout the Show House, allowing each designer to interpret the brand through their own distinct creative perspective. The result is a collection of spaces that showcase not only what is possible in kitchen and bath design, but how these rooms can shape the way we gather, restore and experience our homes.

“It’s a privilege to return to Kips Bay and see Kohler products interpreted through the incredibly diverse perspectives of this year’s designers,” said Brittany Canniff Kimball, Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships & Designers at Kohler. “What makes the Show House so special is that there is no single definition of beautiful or functional design. Each designer brings their own point of view, and Kohler becomes part of that story in different ways from moments of quiet luxury and craftsmanship to spaces centered around wellness and efficiency. We’re proud to collaborate with this exceptional design community and to support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and its mission.”

The 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York will be open to the public September 16 through October 13, 2026. Housed in a 1839 Georgian townhouse spanning six levels, the Show House features grand entertaining spaces, private terraces, a dedicated wellness level and a rooftop deck overlooking Washington Square Park.

“We are proud to partner with Kohler for another year as the brand continues to set the standard for design innovation and excellence,” said Nazira Handal, Director of Special Events and Corporate Partnerships at Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “With each Show House, Kohler continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible, showcasing how innovation in technology, design and craftsmanship can come together to create truly inspiring spaces. Their longstanding commitment to the Show House, along with their continued support of our mission, helps us raise critical funds for programs that benefit young people across the country.”

Since its founding in 1973, Kips Bay Decorator Show House has raised millions of dollars to support after-school programs through the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club in the Bronx and has since expanded to include Show Houses in Palm Beach and Dallas, where Kohler continues to support the organization. Tickets for the New York Show House start at $50, with proceeds supporting vital programming for local youth. For more information and tickets, please visit www.kipsbaydecoratorshowhouse.org.
