Bengaluru, 13th October 2026: Greenspace Herbs, the Bengaluru-based herbal extracts and nutraceutical manufacturer, today announced the launch of Morimin™, a Moringa leaf blend built to address a quiet gap in modern diets: everyday minerals. Morimin™ combines Moringa oleifera leaf powder with a Moringa leaf extract, delivering minerals, dietary fibre, plant protein and healthy fats from a single botanical source.
Morimin™ was unveiled at Nutraverse in India and is now available to nutraceutical and food brands in both India and the United States. The launch marks Greenspace’s move to take a traditionally Indian superfood to global supplement shelves with the science to support it.
Why Moringa, and why now
The body runs everyday metabolism on minerals: calcium and magnesium for bones and muscles, potassium for fluid balance, iron for oxygen transport, zinc and copper for enzyme function. Yet diets built on refined, processed food rarely supply them with the proportions the body expects.
Moringa oleifera, known across India as the drumstick tree or sahjan, has been part of Indian kitchens and Ayurvedic practice for centuries. Its leaves are among the most nutrient-dense edible greens known. Laboratory analysis of Morimin™ shows, per 100 g, about 2,218 mg of calcium, 2,905 mg of potassium, 1,483 mg of magnesium and 13.3 mg of iron, alongside 18 g of protein and 18 g of dietary fibre, with zero added sugar.
Global interest in plant-based, whole-food nutrition has turned Moringa from a backyard tree into one of the most searched-for greens in the wellness aisle. Morimin™ is Greenspace’s answer to a simple consumer question: if Moringa is this good, how do you get it in a form that is consistent, tested and easy to take every day?
The extract advantage: powder and extract, working together
Most Moringa products on the market are simply dried, ground leaf. Morimin™ is different by design: it blends whole leaf powder with a Moringa leaf extract, in proportions developed by Greenspace’s R&D team.
Each form does a different job:
• Leaf powder keeps the whole-leaf matrix intact: fibre, protein, carbohydrates and the natural mineral package of the leaf.
• Leaf extract concentrates the leaf’s naturally occurring plant compounds, such as polyphenols and flavonoids, into a smaller, more consistent quantity than powder alone can carry.
• Together, they offer the nutrition of the whole leaf with the consistency and concentration of an extract, which is what supplement makers and consumers look for in a daily product.
Morimin™ was developed and is manufactured at Greenspace’s factory and R&D facility in Magadi taluk, Karnataka. Greenspace brings its experience in herbal extraction to every stage, from leaf sourcing and drying to extraction, blending and quality testing, so that each batch delivers a consistent profile.
Backed by science, not just tradition
Greenspace put Morimin™ through three studies before launch:
• Safety: An acute oral toxicity study under OECD Guideline 423 found no signs of toxicity at any dose tested, up to 5,000 mg/kg body weight.
• Stability: A stability study confirmed that Morimin™ maintains its physical integrity and macronutrient profile across the study period.
• Human study: Ten healthy adult volunteers aged 25 to 60 took 300 mg of Morimin™ daily for 30 days, with compliance monitored. All serum mineral and trace-element values after supplementation stayed within normal physiological ranges, and participants reported reduced fatigue.
The nutritive value and acute oral toxicity findings have been submitted as a combined manuscript to the journal Current Nutrition & Food Science and are currently under peer review.
From an Indian tree to a global shelf
Speaking on the launch, Shafiulla Hirehal Nuruddin, Founder & Managing Director, Greenspace Herbs, said: “Moringa has grown in Indian backyards for generations, and our grandmothers knew its value long before the world called it a superfood. What was missing was consistency and proof. With Morimin™, we have taken the whole leaf, paired it with a carefully developed extract and tested it for safety, stability and real-world use. Unveiling it at Nutraverse here at home, and making it available in the United States, one of the world’s most demanding supplement markets, is our way of saying that Indian botanicals can lead on science, not just on heritage.”
