Bengaluru India, Jan 29: AROBS Transilvania Software the largest technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, announces the signing of a transaction through which Quest Global Romania joins AROBS Group. Quest Global Romania is part of Quest Global Engineering Services, an end-to-end global product engineering services and solutions for global clients across seven industries.
The transaction will be settled entirely through the issuance of new AROBS shares, with no cash component, and the newly issued shares will be subject to a one-year lock-up period from the closing date. This is AROBS’ first acquisition in which the full consideration is paid in equity, in line with the M&A strategy approved by shareholders following the company’s transfer to the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange in September 2023. This approval formed part of AROBS’ broader growth strategy, which also included raising capital from institutional investors for wider M&A activity. The financing structure ensures a strong alignment of interests and supports the active engagement of the incoming team in the Group’s development.
“Through this collaboration, we continue to expand the software engineering capabilities of the AROBS Group and strengthen our presence in segments such as semiconductors, healthcare, and embedded systems. The Quest Global Romania team has solid experience in software application development, embedded solutions, testing and quality assurance, as well as in delivering services to international clients in North America, Western Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. Integrating this team enables us to take on more complex projects and to build long-term relationships with global clients, including those operating in industries with high technical and operational requirements. Financing the transaction exclusively through our own equity reflects the alignment of interests and shared confidence in the Group’s long-term growth prospects. At the same time, this step marks the welcoming of a new strategic shareholder and the beginning of a strong partnership rooted in a shared belief in the value of working together for the long term.” stated Voicu Oprean, Founder and CEO of AROBS.

Quest Global Romania’s financial results will be included in the consolidated financial statements of the AROBS Group following the completion of the transaction, which is expected in the first half of the year.
The strategic partnership of Quest Global’s Romania unit follows a series of transactions carried out by AROBS during 2025, which aimed to expand the Group’s technical capabilities and consolidate its international presence. In 2025, the Group acquired SVT Electronics, a provider of software and hardware solutions for tachograph data management and analysis, completed its first direct acquisition in the United States through the acquisition of a majority stake in Codingscape, a technology consulting and software development company serving enterprise clients, and acquired Gess Engineering, a company specialized in engineering and testing services for the automotive industry. Together, these transactions create operational and commercial synergies across the Group’s business lines, expand the applicability of its software engineering capabilities, and support AROBS’ ability to deliver complex projects for international clients across multiple industries.
