Mumbai, 06th November, 2025: Kiko Live, the digital enabler for Kirana retail, has launched India’s first B2B quick-commerce platform for FMCG distribution, aiming to reduce brand-to-retailer delivery cycles from seven days to just 24 hours. The initiative is set to transform India’s FMCG supply chain, bridging the gap between consumer quick commerce and traditional offline retailer restocking.
The platform enables Kirana stores to order directly from FMCG brands online, while Kiko Live’s on-demand fleet manages fulfillment with real-time tracking, automated routing, and digital proof-of-delivery.
“Retailers are the heartbeat of India’s consumption story, yet their supply chains remain offline and slow. Our mission is to bring the speed and visibility of B2C quick commerce to B2B distribution. By moving goods faster, we’re unlocking a multi-billion-dollar efficiency opportunity for the sector,” said Alok Chawla, Co-founder of Kiko Live.
India’s FMCG logistics typically accounts for 2%–5% of product value. With the market valued at USD 800 billion, even minor efficiency improvements translate into significant economic impact. Traditional secondary distribution suffers from seven to eight-day restock cycles, limited vehicle fleets, manual tracking, and frequent stockouts.
Kiko Live automates the entire process—from order synchronization and distributor assignment to trip generation, vehicle allocation, loading, and dispatch. Its shared-capacity model reduces idle time and fuel costs, while retailers benefit from 24-hour replenishment, and distributors can operate fleet-free, reducing overheads.
“With over 12 million Kirana outlets across India, real-time restocking can improve working-capital cycles for both brands and retailers. Speed and visibility are no longer luxuries—they are the new competitive edge in FMCG,” added Chawla.
Currently operational in Mumbai, Kiko Live plans to expand to Pune, Hyderabad, and NCR in the coming months. Its API-ready architecture allows seamless integration with existing ERP systems and can support multiple product categories across urban and semi-urban India.
As FMCG companies push for faster market penetration and the line between organized and local retail blurs, Kiko Live positions itself as the infrastructure layer driving a new era of instant, intelligent B2B distribution.
