Rooted in its Primal Palate philosophy, Congo presents a specially curated Valentine’s experience that blends globally influenced comfort food and transportive jungle-inspired design. Highlights from the evening include indulgent bites such as Spicy Avocado Sushi, Tandoori Prawns with Chilli Cream, Malabari Chicken with Mint Cream, and Charred Candid Paneer with Chilli Mango Chutney, followed by decadent desserts like Kunafa Nest with Mango Gel and Mascarpone Mousse.
Complementing the menu are signature cocktails crafted for the occasion, including Scarlet Canopy, Forbidden Vine, Midnight Macaw, and Wild Velvet Kiss, each designed to mirror the passion and mystery of a rainforest romance.
The Valentine’s experience is offered as a four-course meal with two cocktails per person.
