Skipper Achieves Record Q3 Revenue and EBITDA with Sustained Margin Expansion

Mumbai, Jan 29: Skipper Limited, a global leader in Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) structures and a key player in Telecom and Railway infrastructure, today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2025, marking record-breaking performance across revenue, EBITDA, and order inflows.

Q3 FY’26 Financial Highlights

  • Revenue: Up 21% YoY – highest-ever quarterly revenue.

  • EBITDA: Up 28% YoY; margin improved to 10.3%.

  • PAT (Before Exceptional Items): Up 40% YoY, reflecting strong operating leverage and disciplined execution.

9M FY’26 Highlights

  • Revenue up 17% YoY – highest-ever first nine months revenue.

  • Standalone EBITDA margin improved to 10.3% vs 9.8% YoY, driven by higher-quality T&D contract execution and operational efficiencies.

  • PBT (Before Exceptional Items) grew 38% YoY; PAT before exceptional items increased 38% YoY.

Order Book & Projects

  • Highest-ever closing order book as of December 2025, comprising majority domestic orders and strategic international projects.

  • Q3 FY’26 order inflow led by engineering products supply and EPC works across domestic and international markets.

  • Secured two marquee 765 kV transmission line EPC projects from PGCIL in Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka, reinforcing leadership in the high-voltage segment.

  • 9M FY’26 order inflows up 24% YoY, with a robust bidding pipeline.

  • EPC division currently executing approximately 5,000 circuit kilometres of EHV & HVDC transmission line projects.

  • Successfully completed plant audits by new customers from the Middle East and North America.

Capacity Expansion & Other Updates

  • New 75,000 MTPA capacity fully operational; additional expansion underway, taking total capacity to 450,000 MTPA by end of FY’26.

  • Awarded Great Place to Work® certification for the fifth consecutive year.

  • Successfully implemented SAP S/4HANA RISE across key business functions, advancing the company’s digital transformation journey.

  • Company expects continued strong revenue growth in the current year, with momentum projected to strengthen in upcoming quarters.
