New Delhi, 12th November 2025: BLS International Services Limited, a trusted global tech-enabled services partner for governments and citizens, announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. The company reported yet another record performance, strengthening its global presence and diversifying its portfolio through strategic initiatives and contract wins across multiple regions.

In a significant milestone, BLS International secured a three-year contract from the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, to establish and operate Indian Visa Application Centres across China — reinforcing its longstanding partnership with the Indian government in the consular services domain. The company also expanded its visa operations in Central Asia by winning the Cyprus Visa processing mandate in Kazakhstan.
In Latin America, BLS further enhanced its regional operations with the launch of a new Visa Application Centre in Argentina, relocation to a larger facility in Ecuador, and transition to a self-managed model in Bolivia — underscoring its focus on operational efficiency and service consistency.
Domestically, the company deepened its role in India’s digital transformation with a major contract from the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to establish and operate District-Level Aadhaar Seva Kendras across the country. This initiative highlights BLS’s proven expertise in executing large-scale government projects and supporting inclusive digital access.
Further, the company entered the hospitality sector with the acquisition of a hotel in the United Kingdom, aligning with its long-term vision to build a diversified and sustainable global enterprise.

Revenue from operations grew 48.8% year-on-year in Q2FY26, driven by steady performance across both core verticals.

EBITDA increased 29.7% year-on-year, supported by efficiency gains and a shift from partner-run to self-managed centres.

PAT rose 27.4% year-on-year, reflecting improved profitability and consistent business execution.

Segmental Overview:

Visa & Consular Services: Contributed ~62% of total revenue, with application volumes up 11.7% year-on-year. The segment recorded improved margins driven by operational efficiencies and the transition to self-managed centres.

Digital Services: Contributed ~38% of total revenue, recording over 250% year-on-year growth. The segment processed over 27,000 crore in gross transaction value during the quarter and facilitated loan distribution worth over 8,000 crore for partner financial institutions.
